| 2007-2008 Annual Report | | | | President’s MessageBy Bruce Drewett I would like to thank all Board members, as well as our Executive Director David Hinton and other National Office staff, for their tremendous assistance in helping me to effectively transition into the role of the CPA president over the past year. In particular, I am very pleased to report that our Executive Committee and other Board members have kept abreast of emerging and ongoing issues within the organization, and have taken an active role in the strategic planning activities of the national association.In particular, I want to acknowledge the excellent work of our Vice President Pamela Earle who, along with David Hinton, has led the renewal of our National Association’s strategic directions initiative. I would also like to thank Eddie Joyce, Chair of our Fund Development Committee and Bobby White, Director of Fund Development at the CPA National Office, for their thoughtful and dedicated work in redesigning our national association’s fundraising policies, practices and material.
